About This Role

As a Meat Wrapper, you will ensure guests receive the best and most delicious products, presented according to their requirements while providing unparalleled guest service. You will support the Meat Lead and contribute to customer loyalty and store success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining meat cooler and freezer efficiency by unloading deliveries
• Rotate and check code dates on products to ensure customer safety
• Maintain safety for Team Members, guests, and products
• Provide exemplary customer service by greeting customers and helping them locate products
• Answer questions and make suggestions to customers
• Handle products and equipment according to food and safety guidelines
• Replenish products in meat cases, rotating products and ensuring code dating procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness of department and work area, including the back room
• Assist in other areas as required

Requirements

• 0 to 6 months experience
• Food Safety certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• At least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• No High School diploma required
• 0 to 6 months of experience
