About This Role

This role is a key member of the Office Management Team, responsible for driving operational success by overseeing and coordinating financial, delivery, and quality processes within the office. It also involves managing staffing plans, office overhead, and planning for office improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate operational processes including Office Finance, Office Delivery, Office Operations, and Office Quality
  • Engage in components of processes to monitor performance, such as project reviews and client audits
  • Ensure the office operating budget is established, updated, and monitored to meet or exceed operational metrics
  • Drive accountability for Sophisticated Contracting Approach, Delivery Approach, and Approach to Cash
  • Coordinate with Division Staff on operating budgets
  • Accountable for office staffing plans and draft boards, coordinating with hiring managers and HR
  • Manage Office Overhead
  • Responsible for office planning, leasing, and improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15 years of practical experience
  • 5 years of supervisory experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 15 years of practical experience including 5 years of supervisory experience

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree
  • 20 years practical experience
