Provide accurate and efficient clerical support for all divisions within the Utilities Department, managing high-level reports and ensuring timely communication and documentation. This role is crucial for keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience working with the public in a front-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Sheets/Docs)
  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Team-oriented

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two (2) years of experience working with the public in a front-facing role. Three (3) or more years of clerical experience in a professional office setting is a bonus.
