About This Role

Assist leadership with routine clerical, office, and computer-related tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entry, for Atmore Community Home Care, part of Optum.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with routine clerical/office tasks
  • Answer telephone calls and deliver messages
  • Pull, review, and follow up on reports of orders recert and unverified visits
  • Maintain an up-to-date medical record by scanning documents timely and completing EOE audits as appropriate
  • Complete discharge chart reviews
  • Perform audits
  • Process orders to/from physicians and track for timely receipt
  • Communicate professionally within the organization and with external sources

Requirements

  • Current driver's license
  • Vehicle insurance
  • Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • Computer skills
  • Clerical-business machine skills
  • Telephone communication skills
  • Ability to type
  • General clerical skills
  • Organizational skills
