This is a long-term contract role for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations and the sales team with administrative tasks, maintaining organized systems in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and efficient communication
- Manage and update marketing materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Organize and maintain file systems to support smooth operational workflows
- Perform receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and greeting visitors professionally
- Scan and organize documents to maintain digital records
- Handle general clerical tasks to support office operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project priorities and deadlines
- Offer support to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative or office assistant roles
- Proficiency in managing file systems and maintaining organized records
- Strong communication skills for handling inbound calls and interacting with team members
- Familiarity with scanning and document management processes
- Ability to perform clerical tasks with attention to detail
- Solid organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Qualifications
