Supervise daily operations of Occupational Health, manage the Workers' Compensation program, and coordinate the delivery of Occupational Health Services to optimize worker health, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate employee injuries and facilitate appropriate treatment and follow-up
- Coordinate and deliver occupational health services to employees
- Oversee and coordinate case management for all worker's compensation claims
- Perform pre-employment physicals to determine eligibility and capacity for newly hired employees
- Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient, family or caregiver
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's
- 2-5 years experience
- RN license
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's
- 2-5 years experience, 5-10 years preferred
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5-10 years experience
- COHN certification
