Occupational Health Nurse

About This Role

Supervise daily operations of Occupational Health, manage the Workers' Compensation program, and coordinate the delivery of Occupational Health Services to optimize worker health, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate employee injuries and facilitate appropriate treatment and follow-up
• Coordinate and deliver occupational health services to employees
• Oversee and coordinate case management for all worker's compensation claims
• Perform pre-employment physicals to determine eligibility and capacity for newly hired employees
• Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient, family or caregiver

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's
• 2-5 years experience
• RN license

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's
• 2-5 years experience, 5-10 years preferred

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 5-10 years experience
• COHN certification
