About This Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital patients and their families to ensure their nutritional needs are met throughout their stay, including meal selection, delivery, and dietary clarification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for patients, their families, and unit staff
• Meet patient food needs during their hospital stay
• Assist with making meal selections
• Deliver meals and snacks to patients
• Clarify food and meal options available based upon patient’s diet order
• Prioritize competing time demands to complete work, including managing menu selections, completed meal pickup, and delivery
