About This Role

Provide comprehensive nursing care for residents in an assisted living and memory care community, ensuring their health and psychosocial well-being while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care
• Conduct comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations
• Monitor the client’s condition
• Coordinate health promotion and prevention services
• Ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care

Requirements

• Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments
• Dedication to seniors and their well-being
• Ability to work nights and weekends

Nice to Have

• Experience in assisted living or in a nursing home
