About This Role

Prepare and serve hot and cold menu items in a senior living community, ensuring proper preparation, portioning, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare hot and cold menu items on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar, and service line
  • Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to menu cycles and standardized recipes
  • Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability

Requirements

  • Experience with production methods, portion control, and food handling safety
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and presentation of food product
  • Ability to work weekends
