Night Auditor

About This Role

As a Night Auditor, you will manage hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient service and maintaining financial accuracy. This role is crucial for keeping the hotel running smoothly and securely while guests rest.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-ins and reservations during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM)
• Finalize financial transactions and balance the books through the Night Audit process
• Conduct security walks to ensure property safety and security
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and top-notch service
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software for administrative tasks
• Solve problems independently during unsupervised shifts

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in a hotel or related field
• Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing software
• Ability to work overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM)

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field
