About This Role

Lead a housekeeping team to ensure spotless guest rooms and smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of sanitation and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
  • Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training
  • Handle lost-and-found items with care and maintain key control for sensitive areas
  • Manage access to master keys, storage rooms, and secure files while prioritizing safety
  • Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met across all facilities and equipment
  • Step up to manage housekeeping operations when the Housekeeping Manager is unavailable

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field

Nice to Have

  • College coursework in a related field
  • Previous supervisory experience
