ReeceNichols offers newly licensed real estate agents a collaborative environment with structured training, ongoing support, and modern tools to guide them from licensure to confident production. Agents will focus on learning, serving clients, and building relationships within an established brand.
Responsibilities
- Engage in structured training including an 8-week new agent program and mentorship
- Utilize a full marketing and technology ecosystem including CRM, marketing materials, and a personalized agent website
- Leverage built-in support from non-selling brokers, experienced mentors, and in-house legal resources
- Focus on learning, serving clients, and building client relationships
Requirements
- Kansas or Missouri State real estate license
Qualifications
- Newly licensed or seeking a real estate license.
