Responsibilities
- Engage in structured training including an 8-week new agent program and mentorship
- Utilize a full marketing and technology ecosystem including CRM, marketing materials, and a personalized agent website
- Leverage built-in support from non-selling brokers, experienced mentors, and in-house legal resources
- Focus on learning, serving clients, and building client relationships
Requirements
- Kansas or Missouri State real estate license
Qualifications
- Newly licensed or seeking a real estate license.
