Multiple Sclerosis and Related Disorders Neurologist

About This Role

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible neurologist with fellowship training in MS, neuromyelitis optica, and related disorders. This role involves clinical work, teaching medical and graduate students and residents, and participating in robust clinical trial and research programs at Hackensack University Medical Center's Center for Multiple Sclerosis and Related Diseases.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis and related disorders
• Perform accurate diagnoses and deliver state-of-the-art treatment
• Teach medical and graduate students and residents
• Participate in clinical trials and translational research
• Engage in outcomes research and clinical trials
• Collaborate with an interprofessional team (neuro psychologists, neurorehabilitation specialists, pain management physicians, neuro-ophthalmologists & social workers)
• Maximize community living opportunities for patients

Requirements

• BC/BE Neurologist
• Fellowship training in MS, neuromyelitis optica & related disorders

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD) with appropriate fellowship training
