About This Role

Perform diagnostic magnetic resonance examinations utilizing resonant frequency properties of atoms within a magnetic field to image anatomic and/or physiologic conditions of the body, assisting physicians in disease diagnosis. Provide patient care to all age groups from neonatal to geriatrics during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize resonant frequency properties of atoms within a magnetic field to image anatomic and/or physiologic conditions of the body
• Perform diagnostic magnetic resonance examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards
• Provide patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R)
• BLS certified

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
• None required, 6 months as an MRI Technologist preferred

• 6 months as an MRI Technologist
