About This Role

Respond to incoming calls on the Mental Health Hotline, providing immediate support and guidance during crises. Connect individuals with appropriate care providers and resources for mental health or substance abuse treatment services.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls to the Mental Health Hotline
Ensure callers receive care and support
Streamline access to mental health or substance abuse treatment services
Provide immediate support and guidance during crisis
Connect individuals with appropriate care providers and resources

Requirements

Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a mental health setting
Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-V and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles

Qualifications

Two (2) years of full-time experience or part-time equivalent in a mental health setting.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a field related to mental health
