Merchandising Services Associate

About This Role

The Merchandising Services Associate connects Merchandising and Store Operations to deliver a great shopping experience by building eye-catching displays and implementing strategies to showcase in-demand products. This role ensures accurate signage, pricing, and visually appealing merchandise displays.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Update and validate wayfinding and product location signage, as well as digital maintenance of this information
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products, sorting, and ensuring displays are placed appropriately
• Repair or replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise, and displays
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with the Merchandising Services Team and Manager
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leaders

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others
• Ability to utilize web-based computer programs for tasks
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to minimally lift 25lbs unassisted

Nice to Have

• Lowe's sales floor experience
• Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up/tearing down displays
• Experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
• Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
