This role is for a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C or LCPC) to conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized behavioral care plans for patients with obesity, as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments

- Engage patients in the multidisciplinary service model offered by CoreLife
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited training program
- 1-2 years experience working with adults and children
- LCSW-C or LCPC licensure in the state of Maryland
