Mental Health Therapist

About This Role

The Mental Health Therapist will provide in-person and hybrid sessions to NJ residents, helping clients achieve serenity and balance by addressing challenging diagnoses or difficult life events. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate, and ethical mental health therapy to individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments using various sources and methods to evaluate and diagnose clients' behavioral, social, or emotional problems.
• Provide crisis intervention, individual and group treatment, psychotherapy, family services, and case management for referred clients.
• Deliver ongoing treatment and counseling; monitor client progress in program activities and the effectiveness of psychotherapy.
• Maintain confidentiality of treatment records, reports, and other sensitive information.
• Attend and participate in assigned meetings, conferences, and in-services.
• Provide high quality, compassionate, and ethical direct-to-consumer mental health therapy to clients.

Requirements

• Currently a Licensed Therapist in the state of New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC)
• Available to work a full 40 hour, 5-day week, Monday-Friday
• Available for 2 evening shifts (11:30 AM - 8:00 PM)

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a mental health outpatient facility (preferred)
