Mental Health Therapist

About This Role

Join a supportive, relational group practice specializing in mental health therapy, working with teens and adults, while maintaining control over your schedule and building a stable caseload.

Responsibilities

• Build a stable caseload (18-22 clients/week)
• Work with teens and adults
• Conduct therapy sessions both virtually and in-person
• Maintain a longer-term professional commitment (2-3 years)

Requirements

• Current licensure as a clinician (or associate working toward licensure)
• Trauma-informed and relational/attachment-oriented approach
• 1-2 years of outpatient experience
• Interest in working with teens and adults
• Open to a mix of insurance and private-pay clients
• Desire to grow toward a full caseload (18-22 clients/week)
• Seeking a longer-term professional home (2-3 year commitment)

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of outpatient experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in couples/family work
