Join a nationally renowned team delivering exceptional patient care as a Mental Health Therapist. Provide brief structured intervention techniques and evidence-based psychosocial treatments to impact patient outcomes positively.
Responsibilities
- Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care
- Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care
- Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy)
- Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve
- Positively contributes to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
- Active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body
- Previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
