Responsibilities

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy)
• Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve
• Positively contributes to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
• Active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body
• Previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
