Join MedStar Health, in partnership with CoreLife, as a Mental Health Therapist to provide integrated care for patients with obesity and chronic illnesses, focusing on behavioral support and personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments for patients with obesity
- Develop personalized behavioral care plans for patients with obesity
- Engage patients in the multidisciplinary service model offered by CoreLife
- Collaborate with a care team including a nurse practitioner, dietitian, exercise trainer, and other clinicians
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- 1-2 years experience working with adults and children
- LCSW-C or LCPC licensure in the state of Maryland
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited training program
- 1-2 years experience working with adults and children
