Join a team of innovators providing family-oriented behavioral health care for children, youth, and families in their own homes and communities within Grays Harbor County. This role focuses on individualized, creative, and flexible services infused with evidence-based strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide family-oriented, strength-based mental health services for children and families in their own home and community
- Work flexible schedules based on the needs of those served
- Participate in an on-call rotation with other Clinicians and Clinical Care Coordinators
- Offer high level of collaboration, coordination and intensive behavior health services
- Actively partner with families, natural, and community services to achieve long-term safety and stability
- Serve as a catalyst for change, offering new approaches to community behavioral health
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent, accredited degree
- Passion for helping families stay together
- Natural ability to work with others through a genuine strengths-based approach
- Demonstrate necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services
- Energetic, innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth and family members in services
- Enthusiastic and optimistic approach, encouraging ongoing participation of all involved
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to visually assess safety in the community and family homes
- Ability to meet with clients and colleagues in homes and community locations
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation responsibilities
- Successfully pass required background clearances
- Valid driver’s license & current automobile insurance
- Reliable transportation with an acceptable driving record per CCS policy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent, accredited degree
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice
- Bilingual fluency skills in Spanish and English, or other languages
