This role involves providing front-line support and services to credit union members, identifying their needs, and offering suitable products and services. The position helps build foundational skills in member experience and financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions accurately and promptly
- Handle and balance cash drawer accurately
- Suggestively sell products and services to members and potential members
- Maintain a professional presence and communication with members and coworkers
- Adhere strictly to all Credit Union policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Detail oriented
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle and count cash accurately
- Ability to multi-task and balance a drawer daily
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of cash handling/customer service experience preferred
Nice to Have
- 1 year of cash handling/customer service experience
