About This Role

As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for members, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive experience. This role supports account management and service-related questions, contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist members with account management and service-related questions
  • Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring member satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a membership-based or similar environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a membership-based or similar environment.
