About This Role

This role involves medical fellows collaborating with research teams at a leading AI lab to evaluate and refine AI systems for medical reasoning. The fellows will create diagnostic cases and scoring rubrics, focusing on lab data to ensure accurate AI assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic cases based on lab data for AI evaluation
• Create scoring rubrics to assess AI-generated responses
• Review and refine AI outputs for clinical accuracy and reasoning
• Collaborate with research teams in a structured, professional environment
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate findings effectively

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program (not specializing in Radiology)
• Hold a U.S.-based MD or DO
• Strong experience with medical lab panels; ability to reason clinically based on lab results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare
