Materials Management Technician

About This Role

The Materials Management Technician supports all warehouse and distribution operations for a pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical contract manufacturer. This role involves managing inventory, processing orders and shipments, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete cGMP and Non-GMP Receiving
• Complete transfer orders, sales orders and reservations on time and in full
• Support and process internal and domestic shipments
• Audit inventory via regular and consistent cycle counting
• Operate pallet inverter, pallet jack and forklift
• Assist with department SOPD reviews
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the Warehouse and Distribution
• Support continuous improvements activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Forklift Operation experience
• 1 Year of Related Experience
• General Awareness in Microsoft Word and Excel
• 20/30 Corrected Near-Point
• Ability to lift 40 Pounds Unassisted
• Valid Driver’s License

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 Year of Related Experience required

Nice to Have

• FDA Regulated Industry Experience
• ERP/MRP Systems and SAP Preferred
