Marketing Operations Intern

About This Role

This Marketing Operations Internship offers an opportunity to support the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns and events. The role involves maintaining clean marketing data, assisting with reporting, and configuring marketing technology platforms to streamline care coordination in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including setup, QA, launch, and performance checks across email and events
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce (including Account Engagement) workflows, lead routing, scoring logic, and integrations with other MarTech tools
• Build and update dashboards and reports that measure campaign impact and funnel performance
• Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent data across systems
• Recommend new tests, experiments, and optimizations based on performance insights
• Document processes and help improve the efficiency of campaign operations as new channels come online

Requirements

• Must be local to, and willing to come into, our Waltham Office
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
• Deep familiarity with a marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably Account Engagement and Salesforce respectfully
• Experience owning campaign execution workflows including setup, QA, and launch
• Understanding of lead management, scoring models, and routing logic
• Experience creating reports and dashboards that guide marketing decisions
• Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Eager to learn, contribute ideas, and take initiative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree
