Marketing Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves coordinating both in-person and digital marketing initiatives within a dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will engage with customers, execute marketing campaigns, and ensure consistent brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, community events, and pop-up activations
• Represent the brand at live events by engaging with customers, answering questions, and sharing product or service information
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event and marketing goals with overall brand strategy
• Assist with social media content creation, local promotions, and campaign tracking
• Manage event and marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints
• Collect and organize customer feedback and event insights to help improve future marketing efforts
• Contribute creative ideas for new activations and engagement strategies

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, personable, and confident engaging with people face-to-face
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• A self-starter who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working evenings or weekends during key campaigns and activations
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs when setting up displays or event materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for brand engagement, storytelling, and customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus
