The Marketing Coordinator assists in the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives to drive sales and enhance brand visibility in retail locations. This role involves collaboration with field teams, vendors, and internal departments to support campaigns, manage marketing materials, and ensure seamless execution of activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate promotional activities such as vendor days, pop-up events, and other marketing initiatives by managing communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure promotional products and marketing materials are adequately stocked and distributed
- Provide support to marketing and sales teams by delivering promotional materials, product information, and field marketing support
- Gather data on promotional campaigns and activities, providing weekly reports on campaign effectiveness and results
- Contribute to enhancing the customer experience by ensuring marketing initiatives align with customer service excellence
- Manage the creation and distribution of print marketing materials, ensuring signage and graphics are delivered to stores in a timely manner
- Work closely with the field marketing team to strategically present products, highlighting features, benefits, and seasonal promotions
- Manage and track bulk visual merchandising and dummy packaging requests, ensuring all visual marketing materials are up to date and available
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational abilities
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to independently solve problems and take initiative
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in managing promotional campaigns and supporting field marketing initiatives, is preferred. 3+ years of experience in logistics or inventory management is highly desirable.
