The Marketing Coordinator will support the Sales and Marketing Department of an established foreign food manufacturer expanding its business in the United States. This role involves maintaining sales and marketing activities, customer engagement, brand promotion, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned channels through meetings, site visits, and direct outreach to achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at roadshows, nationwide trade shows, and promotional events.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Create, update, and manage online content for the company’s website and social media platforms (Instagram, Rednote, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, providing insights to R&D, Production, and Quality teams.
- Manage order processing and fulfillment for sales.
- Oversee logistics planning, including transportation scheduling and storage coordination.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Ability to relocate before starting work
- Ability to commute to Chatsworth 91311
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years experience with social media management in a sales organization/business unit in the food industry (preferred)
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years experience with social media management in a sales organization/business unit in the food industry
- Working knowledge of sales cycles according to customer types (retailers, wholesalers, food services)
- Prior experience with Asian Ethnic retailers and wholesaler
