Manhattan WMOS WMS

About This Role

This role involves hands-on configuration, support, and implementation of Manhattan WMOS WMS systems. The position requires strong Oracle SQL proficiency to analyze complex system issues and contribute to solutions while working in an onsite capacity in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Configure Manhattan WMOS WMS systems
• Support or implement Manhattan WMOS WMS systems
• Utilize Oracle SQL for application development and complex query writing
• Analyze complex system issues, provide estimates, and make recommendations
• Participate in all phases of application and component implementation and production support
• Gather requirements and design accurate and efficient solutions
• Analyze and reengineer repetitive failed processes to mitigate risk
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate understanding of solutions
• Maintain understanding of interface specifications and configuration options
• Document requirements and solutions following business SDLC processes
• Stay updated on current and future warehouse execution technologies and trends
• Follow change control methodology in daily activities
• Provide shift and on-call coverage for operational support under pressure

Requirements

• Hands-on configuration of Manhattan WMOS WMS systems
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL for application development
• Experience analyzing complex system issues
• Excellent Communication skills

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting or implementing Manhattan WMOS WMS systems
• Knowledge of enterprise hardware platforms such as UNIX and/or Linux servers and Oracle relational databases
• Skills in creating presentations and scorecards
