About This Role

Lead a high-performing presales team specializing in Cybersecurity and SASE solutions, driving growth and innovation, and shaping strategic direction to impact customer success and company performance for Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of presales professionals specializing in Cybersecurity and SASE solutions
  • Set strategic direction, manage deliverables, and achieve revenue and expense objectives within the Cybersecurity portfolio
  • Resolve complex customer challenges related to security architecture
  • Represent the assigned area to all levels of sales and company leadership
  • Build strategic executive relationships with clients and internally
  • Oversee team performance, foster technical excellence, and develop talent
  • Direct overall Presales operations for Cybersecurity and SASE solutions in assigned regions
  • Translate security business goals into actionable presales utilization plans
  • Engage in driving security-focused sales strategies and collaborate with sales leadership
  • Influence product design and roadmap by providing insights on security trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 10–12+ years of experience in security-focused sales or presales roles
  • Proven success in managing teams supporting complex cybersecurity and SASE solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve quota and strategic objectives in security markets
  • Deep understanding of SASE architecture, Zero Trust principles, threat intelligence, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong business, financial, and regulatory acumen
  • Strategic planning, budget control, and operational improvement skills
  • Ability to position security solutions to C-level executives
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Coaching, skill-building, and performance management for security presales teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 10–12+ years of experience in security-focused sales or presales roles
