About This Role

Manage operations for a full-service restaurant, overseeing FOH and kitchen staff development, daily shifts, and sales performance. Ensure adherence to company standards, food safety, and budget management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and management of FOH and kitchen staff, including department managers, based on Sauced standards.
  • Open and close restaurant shifts, including holidays, as determined by ownership.
  • Supervise FOH employees during scheduled shifts, documenting issues, disciplining staff, and balancing cash.
  • Assist in writing timely and accurate sales and labor forecasts and communicate them to ownership.
  • Implement sales building techniques with servers, hosts, and bartenders to drive top-line performance.
  • Fill in for absent employees wherever needed in the restaurant.
  • Implement and maintain proper food/beverage handling processes to ensure health and safety for employees and customers.
  • Develop self, other managers, and staff on Sauced standards in service, food quality, and sanitation.
  • Communicate openly with Human Resources regarding staff or manager issues that could result in financial loss.
  • Hire and maintain staff according to set pars for the Sacramento location and develop the management team in identifying quality staff.
  • Adhere to and successfully manage budgets for labor, COG, sales, and profit within the P&L.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and longer when required, ensuring job completion.
