Manager, Procurement

About This Role

Manage complex Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) and Printed Wire Boards (PWB) procurements for Raytheon's Advanced Products & Solutions acquisition team. This role serves as the primary interface between Raytheon Programs and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier interaction and collaboration with Raytheon Program Teams to manage various procurements including build-to-print, performance specifications, and Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs) for medium/high complexity CCA & PWB commodities
• Select qualified suppliers and seek alternate suppliers when applicable
• Develop and manage RFI and RFQs
• Prepare POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives and Raytheon work instructions
• Manage Suppliers to meet Program requirements with desired quality and delivery
• Prepare and execute various types of agreements, such as PIAs, Long Term Agreements, and Bailment

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience
• Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements
• U.S. Citizenship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or 5 years with an advanced degree

Nice to Have

• Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, supplier exceptions, contractual flow down requirements, standard Terms and Conditions)
• Experience with supplier management
• Knowledge / Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite of Products
• Experience with reading and understanding drawings, specifications and other engineering documents including complex SOWs
• Experience with international procurement
• Experience with Cost and Price Analysis (CAPA), price analysis methods, source selection/justification
• Knowledge of EXIM procurements and all the rules and regulations involved in those situations
