The Manager, Premium Seating, will coordinate premium seating sales and servicing for Enmarket Arena and the Savannah Ghost Pirates, overseeing sales of luxury suites, club, and bunker seating while managing staff. This role focuses on driving revenue through strategic planning and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans with regional management to drive revenue for the venue.
- Provide top-level client service for premium-seat clients and establish new business relationships to achieve annual revenue goals.
- Conduct cold calls to secure appointments and sell to new prospects among local and national companies.
- Assist in the creation and development of sales presentation materials and plan for upcoming renewal cycles, gifts, and special events for premium seating clientele.
- Train event staff for Premium Seating functions and assist suite concierges/box office staff as it relates to premium seating.
- Create premium packages for special events and concerts.
- Responsible for reporting and tracking premium seating inventory and activity, developing sales action plans to ensure budget goals are met.
- Prospect, sell, cultivate, and maintain corporate clients for the venues in both new and renewal business.
- Facilitate the execution of all aspects of servicing for premium seating clientele, participating in servicing through various means including direct contact, newsletters, and networking gatherings.
- Work and attend events, promotions, and OVG events, collaborating with the team ticket sales department to ensure consistent messaging to all ticketing clients.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to sell inventory as needed.
- Assist with the creation of policies and procedures as needed.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of sales experience with emphasis on team sports or larger market premium seating sales.
- Proven track record of developing and managing highly strategic corporate relationships.
- Strong prospecting, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Proven success in establishing and meeting challenging sales objectives in a high profile, competitive marketplace.
- Comfortable managing tight deadlines and meeting aggressive sales goals and expectations.
- Strong professional relationship skills; ability to establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients, direct reports and co-workers.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to effectively represent the standards and philosophy of the department.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, nights, all events, weekends, events and holidays as required.
- Highly self-motivated and adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of sales experience with emphasis on team sports or larger market premium seating sales.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce/KORE (CRM).
