About This Role

As Clinical Director, you will oversee and direct patient care operations for a home care facility, coordinating projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supervising home health services. This role enhances agency profitability and motivates staff to deliver quality services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support immediate and long-range company objectives
• Oversee patient eligibility for home care services and plan/supervise their total home health care
• Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Enhance agency profitability and provide motivation and retention for qualified staff, assuring quality of services delivered
• Act as a liaison with management staff and other departments throughout the company

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice or PT/OT/SLP, must have current applicable license in the state
• Current CPR certification
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience in home health setting or related healthcare setting preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to work independently
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills
