This role is responsible for ensuring safety standards, developing expertise within the team, managing equipment industrialization, and maintaining machinery to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Technician will also drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Create standards, establish safety culture and ensure it is thoroughly respected
- Detect and react in case of deviation on safety
- Pilot safety QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control)
- Develop expertise and specialists in the team
- Manage engineers/technicians industrializing new equipment
- Manage maintenance resources to minimize MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
- Propose and control maintenance budget for overheads, labor, and spare parts
- Deploy ERIM / TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
- Ensure the release and update of technical documentations and Work Instructions
- Pilot PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) / FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) and Maintenance 5 WHYs on assigned topics
