About This Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will respond to service requests and perform preventative maintenance for Class A luxury apartment communities. This role involves problem-solving and delivering high-quality customer service to residents.

Responsibilities

Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
Deliver various communications to residents as needed
Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
Work on-call

Requirements

3-5 years relevant experience in electrical, plumbing, painting and maintenance
Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with residents, management, vendors and contractors
Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
Must be able to work on-call (rotating hours)

Qualifications

3-5 years relevant experience in electrical, plumbing, painting and maintenance
