Maintenance Technician

About This Role

Provide technical expertise to ensure uninterrupted production processes by troubleshooting and maintaining a wide variety of industrial equipment. This role focuses on electrical, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, VFDs, motor and industrial controls, mechanics, industrial gas burners, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Work as scheduled and be on time
• Perform all duties using required safety procedures and applicable PPE
• Troubleshoot and repair all types of equipment while keeping downtime to a minimum
• Perform PMs on production equipment and other equipment types to keep the production process and facility operating smoothly
• Record completed maintenance tasks and keep maintenance records up to date
• Communicate with managers and supervisors on the progress of equipment repairs, maintenance tasks, and other assigned duties

Requirements

• Extensive maintenance background and work history
• Skills in Electrical, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC’s, VFD’s, Motor and Industrial Controls, Mechanics, Industrial Gas Burners, Plumbing
