Maintenance Technician

About This Role

Responsible for assembling new generation and repairing multi-generation company branded containers. This role involves using hand/power tools, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to all safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools without supervision
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Move materials using a hand cart and/or pallet jack
• Perform light welding tasks (roof discs, door tracks) and simple fabrication
• Weld plastic (roofs/panels)
• Perform simple cutting operations with oxy/fuel equipment
• Adhere to all safety policies and perform tasks in a safe manner including adherence to OSHA regulations

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years in assembly, steel fabrication, carpentry, or industrial painting
• Ability to read and understand English
• Current valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties

Qualifications

• 0-1 years in a related field (assembly, steel fabrication, carpentry, industrial painting, etc)
