About This Role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating department equipment and ensuring the general maintenance of the facility and equipment. This role ensures a safe environment for employees, patients, and visitors by adhering to applicable standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate department equipment
• Perform general maintenance of the facility and equipment
• Ensure a safe environment for employees, patients, and visitors
• Provide security in the absence of a security officer

Requirements

• General Maintenance background experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One to two years related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. General Maintenance background experience required.

Nice to Have

• Electrical maintenance license
• Hospital maintenance experience
