Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment within a hospital setting. Ensure safe operation and regulatory compliance across various trades including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for multiple systems and equipment to ensure a safe environment and operational reliability
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs to facilities to provide a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
- Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving maintenance duties for multiple systems and equipment
- Demonstrate technical knowledge depth on multiple pieces of equipment and associated systems
- Ensure good rapport and cooperative working relationship with internal and external customers
- Demonstrate ability to create and process purchase orders
- Demonstrate positive, responsible leadership and guidance
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of general maintenance service-related technician experience
Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years' experience as a general maintenance service-related Technician
