About This Role

This role is for a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial hot-side kitchen equipment and perform general electrical troubleshooting across multiple food-service locations. The ideal candidate will work independently to ensure minimal downtime and support seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain hot-side commercial kitchen equipment including fryers, warmers, holding cabinets, and ovens
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on controls, contactors, relays, switches, and wiring
  • Identify voltage, continuity, and component failures in electrical systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment safety and reliability
  • Respond to service calls and complete repairs in a timely, professional manner
  • Document work performed and communicate findings clearly with management
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience servicing commercial hot-side kitchen equipment
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Proven experience servicing commercial hot-side kitchen equipment

Nice to Have

  • Basic three-phase electrical knowledge
  • Experience in food-service or QSR environments
