Maintenance Technician

About This Role

Provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for REPCO feeder system equipment at various customer mill locations across the U.S. This role ensures high-quality customer service and supports overall maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled field service visits to customer mill locations
• Install REPCO feeder system equipment
• Maintain REPCO feeder system equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair REPCO feeder system equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Support overall maintenance/installation operations
• Uphold quality standards of REPCO products

Requirements

• Proficiency in Installation, Maintenance, and Repair of mechanical and technical systems
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for equipment and machinery
• Experience in Field Service, including on-site technical support and servicing equipment
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Working knowledge of hand tools, electronic, electrical, and mechanical industrial equipment
• Understanding process controls such as pressure, flow, levels, and speed
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Excellent professionalism when communicating with customers, contractors, and suppliers
• Pass respirator physical and be fit tested for a respirator

Nice to Have

• Relevant vocational training, certifications, or professional experience in industrial maintenance
• Programmable logic control (PLC) writing and troubleshooting
