Maintenance Supervisor

About This Role

This role involves overseeing property maintenance operations and serving residents, ensuring timely service requests and preventative maintenance. The supervisor will utilize a range of maintenance skills to keep the property in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections
• Clean work area, tools and equipment
• Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor

Requirements

• Experience with HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps
• Valid Driver’s License

Qualifications

• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role

Nice to Have

• EPA or CPO certification
