Mailroom Specialist

About This Role

Join a dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to provide exceptional operational support and enhance the client experience by managing high-volume print, production, sorting, and mailing services with cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume 2D and/or 3D printers and copiers, ensuring consistent quality, accuracy, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate technical problems as needed to ensure timely resolution
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, coordinating service calls, and managing job requests
• Maintain accurate records, manage inventory and supplies, and calculate charges for services rendered
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of completed jobs
• Support various onsite operations, including light maintenance, meeting room setup, and reception coverage as needed
• Follow all safety standards and protocols when handling equipment and materials to maintain a secure work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills
