About This Role

This role is about creating a memorable and unique experience for guests by ensuring timely delivery of items and providing support across various hotel departments. The Luggage & Shuttle Attendant is crucial for smooth hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items directly to guests in their rooms
• Provide support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and the front office
• Ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel
• Maintain a safe workplace
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Uphold quality standards
• Ensure professional appearance and communication
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps
• Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print
• Ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No related work experience
