About This Role

This role delivers a memorable and unique guest experience by managing a wide range of services, including operations, guest requests, reporting, and meal delivery, with a "guest first" mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
• Take ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel
• Process operational needs and address guest requests
• Complete reports and deliver quality meals
• Share highlights of the local area with guests
• Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience.
