This role delivers a memorable and unique guest experience by managing a wide range of services, including operations, guest requests, reporting, and meal delivery, with a "guest first" mindset.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
- Take ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel
- Process operational needs and address guest requests
- Complete reports and deliver quality meals
- Share highlights of the local area with guests
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Uphold quality standards and ensure professional appearance and communication
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience.
