Breakfast Attendant

About This Role

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and disassembling breakfast buffets, ensuring they are well-stocked and tidily kept. They provide personalized service to guests, prepare food items, and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets
• Ensure buffet remains well-stocked at all times
• Receive orders from customers and communicate to kitchen staff in full-service establishments
• Clear tables as they are vacated
• Provide personalized service to all guests
• Set up and maintain breakfast bar as required by brand standards
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentration
• Set out and arrange cold food, such as pastries and cereals
• Prepare and set up hot food items
• Restock items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage
