Breakfast Attendant

About This Role

The Breakfast Attendant ensures a clean, welcoming breakfast experience for guests by setting up and maintaining the buffet, adhering to food safety, and actively clearing tables while providing friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
• Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel properly welcomed
• Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
• Maintain all areas, both front and back of the house, as sparkling clean and well-organized
• Clear and properly sanitize breakfast room tables after each guest departure
• Set up the breakfast buffet area each morning according to specified requirements
• Ensure the kitchen is fully cleaned in accordance with the provided checklist upon completion of the breakfast period
• Follow all food safety measures daily in accordance with local health codes and breakfast standards
• Keep the buffet area well stocked and clean until the end of the breakfast period

• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field
